Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Ember Construction is a Tucson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 303 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
