Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Toledo. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
