Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Bright Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tampa plant. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
