Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Quill Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
