Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Birch Energy is an energy provider in St. Louis focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
