Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fox Pharma and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
