Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
