Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Ridge Construction is a San Diego contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
