Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Antonio, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
