Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Stone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Sacramento region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
