Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Pine Construction and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Reno. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
