Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Lumen Umber Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
