Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Northwind Quarry Health is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
