Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Fernwood Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in St. Louis producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
