Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Boise, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
