Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Fernwood Corner Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
