Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Wren Environmental Services Partners collects and processes waste and recycling around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
