Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Northwind Fern Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in San Antonio presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
