Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Westbrook Sable Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Toledo, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
