Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Basin Hospitality Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
