Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners Group is a Memphis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
