Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Care Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
