Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Silverline Oak Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the St. Louis area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
