Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Fernwood Cross Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
