Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Houston design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
