Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Westbrook Vista Community Partners is a nonprofit in Grand Rapids supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
