Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Bright Fox Pharma is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
