Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Miami. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
