Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Rowan Inspection Services is an inspection company in Nashville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
