Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Lumen Pine Manufacturing is a Oklahoma City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
