Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners Group is a Wichita charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
