Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Greenridge Beacon Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
