Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Summit Pine Manufacturing Group is a Orlando manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
