Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Ironwood Loom Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
