Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification.
