Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Ironwood Quarry Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
