Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Silverline Vale Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Raleigh, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
