Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Westbrook Orchard Freight is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
