Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Redstone Field Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 812 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
