Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Little Rock with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
