Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Medical Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
