Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Rivermark Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Kansas City plant. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
