Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Orlando, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
