Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Stonegate Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cleveland focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
