Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Austin, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
