Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Summit Meadow Manufacturing is a Des Moines manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
