Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Stonegate Quarry Freight Group is a Kansas City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
