Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Medical and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
