Summit Fox Medical Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
