Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quarry Inspection Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
